What is Choline Bitartrate?

Choline bitartrate is a water-soluble nutrient often included in the B vitamin category and categorized as a lipotropic compound.

Lipotropic compounds (lipotropes) support the liver by converting transported fat into energy. Choline is coupled with bitartrate (tartaric acid) in this dietary supplement to improve its absorption rate within the human body.
